Massages

During this technique, I work with meridians—the body’s energy pathways. When these pathways are clear and unblocked, energy flows freely, keeping bodily functions in balance.

However, factors like stress and poor physical habits can disrupt this harmony, leading to pain, discomfort, or various health issues.

This gentle, deeply relaxing technique harmonises the meridians by applying pressure to acupuncture points. In doing so, it supports rapid physical recovery, mental well-being, and overall resilience.

Any massage performed after unblocking the meridians is significantly more effective than when given on its own. For this reason, I prefer to combine this method with Reflexology or Breuss Massage. However, it can also be paired with any other technique tailored to your current needs and preferences.

The full session, including the massage, lasts 90 minutes.

This massage is particularly recommended as a preventive measure against musculoskeletal issues, as well as for relieving physical and mental fatigue. Regular sessions are essential for recovery following injury, illness, physical overexertion, or emotional stress.

The treatment lasts 45 minutes.

This is a gentler, slower technique designed to release tension in the back and neck, with a focus on relaxing the muscles along the spine. This area contains numerous nerve endings and reflex points; massaging them supports overall body regeneration and a complete mental reset. The massage helps relieve stress and promotes restful sleep.

Upon request, the treatment can be expanded to include a foot massage to further reduce stress and enhance total relaxation.

The session lasts 50 minutes, or 30 minutes upon request.

Deep tissue massage is particularly suitable for relieving pain, muscle stiffness, or imbalances, as well as addressing muscle strain caused by repetitive stress (sedentary work, sports, poor movement habits, etc.).

The treatment focuses on releasing deeper muscle layers, especially around the spine and the shoulder or pelvic girdles. This is followed by identifying and releasing trigger points—small, tight knots within the muscle that are often very painful or cause referred pain in other parts of the body. Trigger points are a common cause of headaches, neck strain, shoulder pain, and similar issues. They typically develop from overusing the muscle, prolonged sitting or standing, injuries, or poor daily habits.

Trigger points can be effectively released using targeted pressure techniques. While this process can be uncomfortable or slightly painful, the intensity is always guided and controlled by the client.

The session lasts 50 minutes.

Reflexology involves applying targeted pressure to specific points on the feet and hands that are nerve-linked to corresponding organs, muscles, joints, and the skin. By working these reflex areas, we can positively influence distant parts of the body and support the restoration of their natural functions. Reflexology aids in stress relief, stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation, promotes detoxification, and accelerates overall body recovery.

While highly effective as a standalone treatment, reflexology can also be combined with a lower leg or back massage.

The session lasts 30–50 minutes and includes a restorative foot bath.

Unlike traditional foot reflexology, Thai foot massage targets the entire foot as well as the calves, releasing muscle tension and improving circulation in muscles, ligaments, and tendons. The treatment combines relaxing techniques with acupressure, using a traditional wooden massage stick to stimulate reflex points. It effectively relieves fatigue, stress, and physical tension.

Upon request, the treatment can be expanded to include a neck massage.

The session lasts 50 minutes and includes a restorative foot bath.

This is a gentle, relaxing massage targeting the back and spine. It acts directly on the nervous system, supporting body recovery and natural cleansing.

Breuss Massage releases tension along the spine, boosts blood flow and oxygenation to the vertebrae, and, most importantly, nourishes the intervertebral discs to help relieve back pain. I use St John’s Wort oil during this treatment, as its unique properties actively promote disc regeneration.

This technique makes an excellent complement to treatments such as deep tissue or reflexology. When performed as a standalone session, it concludes with a brief warm compress to allow the St John’s Wort oil to absorb more deeply.

A standalone session lasts 30 minutes, or 50 minutes when combined with another technique.
