Basic provisions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the legal contractual relationships between the operator of massage, reconditioning, and regenerative services (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and the purchaser of the provided services (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”). The Operator provides the aforementioned services on the basis of a valid trade license and appropriate certifications for all provided services.

Service orders

  • Appointments

An appointment must be agreed upon and reserved in advance in person, by phone, or by email. The agreed-upon date and time constitute a binding order, based on which the Provider’s time is reserved for the Client. Services are provided within standard operating hours.

  • Scheduling & Cancellation of Appointments

Service requests will be processed during operating hours. If the Client is unable to attend the agreed-upon appointment due to serious reasons, they must notify the Provider in advance by phone, no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start of the service. Late cancellation of an agreed-upon appointment shall be deemed a client absence.

  • Early Arrival

Out of consideration for clients scheduled before you, please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled massage time. In the event of an earlier arrival, clients are kindly requested to wait in the designated areas.

  • Late Arrival

If the Client arrives no later than 15 minutes after the agreed-upon appointment time, the service will be provided in a reduced scope such that it ends at the originally scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late shall be deemed a Client absence.

  • Client absence

In the event of a Client absence or an arrival delayed by more than 15 minutes, the Client will be required to pay (to the designated bank account or in cash) the full value of the reserved time in the amount of the ordered service; alternatively, this amount will be directly deducted from the value of the respective gift voucher. A new massage appointment may only be scheduled once this obligation has been settled.

Refusal of Provided Services

The ordered services may be refused in the following cases:

  • the Client arrives with obvious symptoms of infectious diseases,
  • the Client arrives in a state of intoxication, or under the influence of addictive substances,
  • the Client arrives with medical health problems,
  • the Client arrives in an unsatisfactory hygienic condition,
  • the Client suffers from contraindications that prevent the provision of the service.

Early Termination of Service

A massage may be terminated prematurely if:

  • the Client displays obvious symptoms of infectious diseases during the procedure,
  • the Client displays obvious symptoms of intoxication or the influence of addictive substances during the procedure,
  • the Client displays obvious symptoms of medical health problems during the procedure,
  • it is determined during the procedure that the Client suffers from contraindications that do not allow the service to continue.

Rules of the Massage Room

The massage room is not equipped to accommodate children, strollers, dogs, individuals using wheelchairs, or persons with reduced mobility or orientation. Furthermore, there is no storage space available for bicycles. Smoking and the consumption of addictive substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Informed Consent of the Client

Prior to the first provision of service, the Client is instructed regarding potential health risks, indications, and contraindications. Should the Client decide to undergo the massage, they hereby express their clear, voluntary, and informed consent.

Conditions for Purchasing Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers may be purchased for a specific massage or for a chosen monetary value, which can subsequently be applied to any massage from the current menu. By purchasing a voucher, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions governing its purchase and use.

Gift vouchers can be ordered by phone at +420 705 114 184, by email at info@masazetomanova.cz, or in person at the premises. Upon full payment of the total amount, delivery will be fulfilled either via in-person pickup at the premises, by email, or via Czech Post as a Valuable Letter (cenné psaní). The fee for Czech Post delivery is CZK 90 and will be added to the price of the voucher.

Conditions for Using Gift Vouchers

To redeem a voucher, the Client must schedule an appointment in advance by calling +420 705 114 184, ensuring that the massage takes place prior to the expiration date of the voucher. It is recommended to book the appointment at least 5 weeks before the voucher expires.

A gift voucher is valid only for the period specified on its front side. The voucher must feature a voucher number and a signature; otherwise, it is invalid. A voucher for a specific service may be exchanged for a different comparable service; if the selected service has a higher price according to the current price list, the Client must pay the price difference. If swapped for a lower-priced service, the remaining balance is non-refundable in cash.

A scheduled service may be canceled at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the voucher forfeits. Neither the full value nor any partial value of the voucher can be redeemed or refunded in cash. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.

These voucher conditions form an integral part of the gift voucher itself.

Pricing

The price list is published on the website and is also available for inspection at the premises. Prices apply to standard operating hours.

These General Terms and Conditions enter into force and take effect on February 1, 2026.
